Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement, subject to the conditions below.

Replacement Claims

Replacement claims are valid for 7 days from the order delivery date.

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact our customer support team and provide:

• Order number

• Clear images of the product

• A brief explanation of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer support team with clear images for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Plant Replacement Policy

Replacement for plants is available only if the plant is damaged and not curable. This includes:

• Uprooted roots

• Broken stems

• Completely dried or dead leaves

Minor stress, natural variations, or temporary wilting caused during transit are normal and not eligible for replacement if the plant is recoverable with proper care.

Planters and Pots Replacement Policy

Replacement for planters or pots is available only if there is visible damage at the time of delivery. Images must clearly show the damage and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Improper plant care after receipt

• Natural variations in plant size, shape, or color

• Delays caused by courier services or weather conditions

Refunds

If a return or replacement request is approved and a refund is applicable:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate, bulk, or customized orders may have separate return and refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
